Isophthalic (ISO) | ISO resin is suitable for a corrosive and chemical environment and is highly fire-resistant with controlled spreading of smoke. |

Firstly it can be cut quickly and easily, and won`t change the properties of the material. you only need to cut it with an angle grinder, skill saw or even a jigsaw with the correct blade.

Secondly the fiberglass floor grating with a density 4 times less than steel it is very lightweight in comparison making it easier to handle on site, meantime it reduce the shipping costs, maintain extremely high strength and impressive load capacity.
Resistant to chemical corrosion
the fiberglass floor grating is resistant to chemical corrosion so it can be applied in almost any environment, it can used effectively in areas where alternatives such as steel, concrete or timber would not stand up to the job such as salt water and chemically exposed environments.
Anti-Fire & Anti-UV
the fiberglass floor grating is Anti UV, it is non conductive so can be used safely around electricity, it is manufactured with fire-retardant additives as standard, it is impact resistant so will withstand a level of abuse and, in this day and age, one of its big pluses is that it has no scrap value so is off the radar of potential thieves.
Withstand Temperatures
It can withstand temperatures in a range of -150 to +150 degrees Fahrenheit without deterioration and, if deflected by load, will return to its original form one the load is removed.
● Cutting Suggestions
We can cut it well according to the special size required by the customer.
If you need to cut by yourself, please refer to the instructions as below:
There are usually two cutting method, Straight line cutting and Curved cutting.We can use ceramic disc or emery cutter for cutting the scene, even by an ordinary hacksaw blade for cutting. The blade thickness is 4-5mm
● Cautions for cutting
1.Make sure the size:cutting as far as the closed mesh edge size, in this way the load performance is better.
2.Fixed: grating should be fixed, in order to avoid moving when cutting
3.Safety: before cutting, workers should wear eye protection and masks and gloves and overalls, good ventilation, light bright choice occasions for cutting dust, relatively large, must pay attention to wear masks.
4.Grating shelving: usually cut the bottom side in order to reduce the debris during cutting
5.Dimensions: please check on edge before cutting. width deviation is -6mm~0mm; circular diameter deviation -9.5mm~0mm;
6.Post-processing: after cutting, the surface needs to be coated with resin. The resin used is higher than the grade of the grating resin, and the adjacent benzene grid is made of inter benzene resin to prevent erosion of the external glass fiber.
7.Grinding: available portable angle grinder, grinding machine, ordinary sandpaper grinding and filing.
8.Drilling: the holes above 12mm can be drilled with a common drilling machine, and the small holes can be carried by hand.
