● The Advantages
Drayson Composite is professional in FRP Floor Grating, our products are strong, corrosion-resistant, slip resistant, flexible and lightweight. They are easily cut with standard power tools for speedy fabrication and installation.
Ligh Weight & HIGH STRENGTH
With one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any material, FRP Floor Grating is strong and durable, ready for years of dependable use better than steel.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
The most important performance of FRP Floor Grating is corrosion resistance. With a variety of premium resin systems, it`s is the choice for a wide range of corrosive environments. It will not rot, rust or corrode, providing many years of use with little or no maintenance. No scraping or painting required.
SLIP RESISTANCE
We recommend the Gritted Surface and Concave Surface grating to satisfy slip resistance requirement. Slip and fall accidents are the single most expensive and common type of industrial accident, the frp grating is much more safe in industry application.
EASY CUTTING AND INSTALLATION
it`s lightweight and easy to handle, requiring no special lifting or installation equipment.
the grating can be easily cutted with standard power tools, using masonry or diamond embedded blades. We recommend using a worm gear driven circular saw, but standard tools can be used for most cutting.
the floor grating is naturally flexible, providing a comfortable, non-skid surface which is very easy and safe to stand on. An ergonomic work floor reduces fatigue and injury, and increases productivity, contributing to a better work environment.
