1. Design & Engineering
Our team collaborated with the client to understand specific mechanical and dimensional requirements, then developed a custom profile section tailored for structural applications. 3D CAD models and detailed drawings were prepared to ensure seamless downstream production.
2. Pultrusion Manufacturing
We produced custom FRP profiles using high-strength glass fiber reinforcement and resin systems chosen for durability and environmental resistance. The resulting parts offered excellent structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and low weight.
3. CNC Precision Machining
Our CNC routers handled high-speed cutting, drilling, and slotting of the profiles. All components were machined to tight tolerances based on the CAD designs. This ensured rapid and accurate downstream assembly.
4. Final Assembly & Delivery
Finished profiles were assembled and prepared for delivery. Components were quality-checked to ensure fit, finish, and compliance with customer expectations.
