Project Background
In this project, we delivered and supervised the installation of custom-engineered fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating platforms for an industrial facility. The structural platforms are designed to provide safe and durable walkways in corrosive and high-load environments.

Materials and Structural Design
The platforms were constructed using molded green FRP gratings, chosen for their excellent anti-slip performance, chemical resistance, and long service life. These gratings are mounted onto a steel frame structure, which has been treated with anti-corrosive coating and reinforced with guardrails and safety ladders.
Installation Process
Our technical team participated in field surveys, detailed dimensional verification, and coordinated the pre-fabrication of grating segments to ensure perfect on-site assembly. Precision alignment, secure bolting, and safety inspection were carried out throughout the process.
